8th anniversary

Today is Independence Day in Korea. I met Suk Ja 8 years ago in an airport in Guam. 8 years has gone by very quickly. To celebrate this anniversary, we went to a cafe and then went shopping. We got Katie two books. One book is about using the toilet and the other book is about cars and trucks. Katie loves cars and trucks. She doesn't thing very much of the toilet though. She thinks diapers are superior.

Later, I went for a long run. I ran along the river for an hour and a half. The half marathon is 7 days away. It'll be fun to run in a race during the Olympics.

The final episode of Paris Woman is on tonight. It's a soap opera we've followed faithfully over the last month and a half.
