special dinner

Our niece returns to Korea tomorrow and our 1st daughter celebrates her 4th birthday on Monday. To mark these events we enjoyed a rather filling dinner at the Mandarin tonight. Our server brought K a little cake later on in the evening and took our photo. Being the centre of such attention was of course a very appealing suprise for our young would-be starlett.

M has been with us for three months now staying in our spare room on the 2nd floor. The three months have been a blur filled with dinners out and side-trips here and there. Since late June SJ has ventured with M to the St. Lawrence Market, Kensington Market, Chinatown, both Koreatowns (trillions of times), Bruce County, the zoo, and an array of other hotspots. K has bonded with M very nicely, and, in her own little way, so has S. We look forward to seeing M when we next journey to Korea.
